  Carol Roberts – is serving Sierra County as the Director of the county’s Bioterrorism (BT) and Emergency Preparedness and Response Program. This program is being administered through Sierra County Health and Human Services (including Public Health, Mental Health, and Social Services).
  Penny Holland, RN, PHN– is participating in the response capacity of the public health department to any community health event.  
         
  Kenneth Cutler, MD, MPH – is serving Sierra County as the Health Officer, responsible for disaster medical and health coordination.   Elizabeth Morgan – is serving as the Environmental Health Specialist.  
         
  Janice Stafford – is serving as the Assistant Director for the BT/Emergency Preparedness and Response Program.   Rhonda Grandi – is serving as the BT/Emergency Preparedness Coordinator
and Public Health Educator.
 
         
  Robin Jaquez, RN, FNP-C, Sr. PHN – is serving as the lead public health nurse. She is involved in the development of plans and procedures related to biological disease, communicable diseases, and other health threats.
